About the Programme

This fixed-term Learnership is designed to equip you with foundational and practical skills essential for the modern workplace. The programme includes a structured theoretical component aligned to a registered NQF Learnership curriculum and hands-on on-site work experience across various Sasol locations.

You Will Gain Experience In:

• Administrative and workflow management
• Policies and procedures support
• Business operations and entrepreneurship
• Customer service and communication
• Business accounting and computer literacy
• Use of tools like PowerBI and IT support tasks

Who Should Apply?

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Education:
  Matric/Grade 12 (Required)
  A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Full Stack Engineering, Cyber Security, or related fields (Advantageous)
• Experience:
  0–1 years of working experience
  Exposure to PowerBI is a plus
• Behavioral & Technical Skills:
  • Nimble learning and self-development
  • Workflow management and action planning
  • Managing complexity and ensuring accountability
  • Communication and performance improvement
