Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Site Support Coordinator to provide efficient on-site and remote technical support. This role includes troubleshooting, setup, and maintenance of IT equipment such as mobile devices, computers, printers, and network systems. The candidate will work closely with the Global Service Desk to ensure smooth IT operations and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and remote IT support to end users and management.
  • Manage and resolve user incidents escalated from the Service Desk.
  • Support PC configurations, VPN setups, software installations, and LAN connectivity.
  • Ensure IT equipment is ready for new employees.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair infrastructure equipment following manufacturer guidelines.
  • Ensure IT security standards are met across devices and networks.
  • Order and track IT supplies, manage assets, and maintain documentation.
  • Collaborate with vendors to support hardware and software needs.

General Requirements:

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues independently.
  • Flexibility to work after-hours when required.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Analytical mindset with solid technical knowledge.

Education & Experience:

  • National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field.
  • Experience in end-user technical support.
  • Background in managing large-scale IT deployments or projects.
  • Experience in supervising IT teams.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows OS, anti-virus programs, SCCM, network technologies, and mobile devices.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and ITIL framework.

Additional Information:

  • Periodic travel may be required.
  • Must be able to travel without restrictions.
