About the Role
As an IT Support Analyst at FNB, you will be the bridge between our technical teams and business units. You’ll be responsible for analysing user requests, identifying system trends, and recommending solutions that enhance business processes. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensure smooth system operations, and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
Initiate and lead meetings to track progress and manage expectations.
Resolve problems, queries, and incidents promptly and efficiently.
Analyse business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Reconcile and analyse differences between systems and recommend enhancements.
Log, track, and follow up on user requests and system changes.
Provide daily user support within agreed service levels.
Investigate root causes of system failures and collaborate on solutions.
Develop, update, and manage user training documentation.
Ensure cross-training and knowledge sharing across teams.
Monitor trends and risks, creating reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with new developments and regulatory requirements.
Manage your own workflow, meet deadlines, and uphold quality standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in IT Support Analysis.
Strong problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ethical, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset.
Adaptable in communication and able to handle stress professionally.
