Role Overview:
We are seeking a versatile IT System Administrator to manage our diverse IT ecosystem. This role combines technical expertise with user support, offering the opportunity to work on ERP systems, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, automation, and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues (onsite/remote).
• Manage and troubleshoot Odoo ERP systems, including configurations, data imports, and user training.
• Develop scripts (Python, JavaScript, SQL) for automation, reporting, and API integrations.
• Configure and maintain Cisco networking equipment, ensuring LAN/WAN stability and security.
• Administer cloud servers (AWS/Google Cloud), perform updates, and monitor system performance.
• Support biometric systems (ZKTeco), CCTV infrastructure, and mobile device management (MDM).
• Conduct end-user training sessions and create user-friendly documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Odoo ERP, scripting languages (Python/JS/SQL), and cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco devices, cybersecurity protocols, and endpoint protection tools (e.g., ESET).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
