Your Mission
As a Quality Trainee/Intern, you will play a key role in driving product excellence and process improvement in line with our commitment to high quality and customer satisfaction. You will be involved in scrap reduction, non-conformance management, process control, and customer complaint resolution while gaining hands-on experience in one of the world’s top automotive suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support multiple quality projects from feasibility through to post-launch assessments.
• Analyze and improve scrap levels using defined scrap management systems.
• Manage non-conforming parts by identifying and segregating appropriately.
• Facilitate and monitor Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Develop and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques.
• Conduct defect investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain customer complaint logs and contribute to 8D reports.
• Support compliance with ISO/TS16949 and promote consistent quality standards.
• Train team members on quality tools and audit/testing procedures.
• Maintain and update quality documentation as required.
• Monitor production processes for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (required), and currently studying towards a B-Tech degree.
• A strong academic track record with an overall 70% pass mark.
• Understanding of Quality Core Tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
