Programme Overview
This is a structured 24-month development programme aimed at building essential technical and leadership skills required to manage the beer-making process effectively. The programme is intense and hands-on, ensuring that by its conclusion, trainees are capable of taking ownership of critical operational areas.

Trainees will be exposed to various facets of the brewing process, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and work within cross-functional teams. The experience will equip graduates with the competencies needed to contribute meaningfully to SAB’s brewing operations and future leadership.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric Certificate / National Senior Certificate
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering, or a relevant BTech qualification
