Purpose:
The Graduate Programme aims to offer structured workplace exposure and hands-on training to individuals with a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Graduates will receive mentorship and support while working on real business projects that help develop their technical and soft skills within a professional environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Requirements:

• Clear criminal record and qualification verification
• Must be currently unemployed
• Must not have participated in any graduate programme previously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and organisational abilities

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to coordinate and communicate relevant Organisational Development (OD) practices
• Ability to compile clear and concise reports
• Willingness to participate in OD and Human Resources-related projects
• Provide basic training and support to fellow employees when required
