Your Role:

As a student intern, you will work closely with experienced professionals in the Strategy/Project Management team. You will contribute to a range of critical tasks and support ongoing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency, team coordination, and process innovation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting the steering department with day-to-day operational topics.
Supporting ad-hoc G45 and model-specific projects.
Assisting in control, joining, and planning-related tasks.
Coordinating daily team meetings and scheduling agendas.
Helping organize training programs for the team.
Supporting project management efforts, including admin, supplier evaluations, and tracking project timelines.

What You Bring:

To succeed in this role, you must be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and ready to contribute meaningfully to exciting real-world projects. You’ll need:

Basic knowledge of Body Shop and Paint Shop operations.
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically.
Good understanding of IT and digital tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A basic understanding of project management principles (advantageous but not essential).

Minimum Qualification:

A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
