Position Overview:
Eskom is seeking two qualified and dedicated individuals to join the Majuba Power Station team as Technicians in Maintenance and Commissioning, specializing in Power Electronics. This role is vital to ensuring the successful implementation and execution of secondary plant maintenance activities, as well as managing turnkey commissioning projects from the planning phase to final implementation.

Minimum Requirements:

• National Diploma or N6 in Electrical Engineering (Heavy or Light Current)
• Valid Code B driver’s license
• No prior experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute maintenance and commissioning tasks on secondary plant systems
• Carry out daily operational functions and provide technical support
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance and commissioning operations
• Establish and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure adherence to Eskom’s safety and quality standards throughout all work processes
