Eskom is seeking dynamic and ambitious graduates to join its Risk and Resilience business unit under the Clean Conditions and Foreign Material Exclusion (CC & FME) department. This opportunity is open to graduates in the fields of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering who are ready to gain hands-on experience and contribute to one of South Africa’s leading energy providers.

Minimum Requirements:
Qualification(s):

  • National Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

  • No prior experience required

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong technical and functional knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Technical report writing capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and allocate resources, tools, and equipment for clean condition control
  • Implement clean condition control procedures in line with Eskom Generator Works Instructions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in relation to clean condition and foreign material exclusion requirements
  • Manage daily HR matters of principle officials and official access controllers
  • Oversee compliance with safety, health, environment, ISO, and OHSAS standards
  • Continuously identify areas for process improvement
  • Maintain a high audit rating
