Job Purpose
As a member of the Industrial Engineering Graduate Programme within EY’s Consulting division, you will contribute technically to a variety of client engagements and internal projects. Your role will include problem-solving, data analysis, and supporting the delivery of strategic transformation solutions to leading organizations.

A key part of this role involves building and nurturing strong working relationships, both internally and externally. You will also be expected to identify potential business opportunities within existing engagements and escalate them as needed. Additionally, you will be trained to anticipate and identify risks, working closely with senior team members to resolve any issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support consulting projects focused on supply chain optimization, process improvement, and operational transformation
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights to internal teams and clients
  • Develop working relationships with team members and client stakeholders
  • Assist in identifying areas for improvement and innovation across client operations
  • Uphold EY’s values, policies, and quality assurance standards in all project work

Minimum Requirements

  • Final-year student pursuing a BEng or BSc (Hons) degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Strong academic performance with a minimum overall average of 65%
  • Demonstrated interest in consulting, problem-solving, and working with clients
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced professional environment
