This is your opportunity to become part of a high-energy team working on international projects that enhance Enterprise Work and Asset Management using IBM Maximo software. What You’ll Do:
As an Associate Consultant, you’ll be immersed in the Engineering Software department, where you’ll:
- Assist in implementing IBM Maximo solutions under the guidance of senior consultants
- Configure and customize client systems to meet specific needs
- Prepare and load data for system deployment
- Develop reports and configure dashboards for performance tracking
- Create essential documentation including test plans, application guides, and design records
- Provide ongoing technical support post-deployment to ensure system stability and user satisfaction
What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Information Technology
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (graduates welcome!)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and SQL
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office and general database applications
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and numerical reasoning
