Job Description
We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our Data Center Technicians Internship program. Interns will work on real-world projects and perform tasks related to hardware and inventory management, warranty processes, and data security. This is a great opportunity to learn from industry leaders and grow your skills while contributing to our data center operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high-volume work activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers for warranty claims and process failed vendor hardware devices.
• Maintain accurate inventory information within various systems.
• Help reconcile and report inventory discrepancies.
• Manage the destruction of data-bearing devices as per Microsoft policies.
• Ensure compliance with security and data management protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in IT, Retail, Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be a South African National.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for leading technologies and a desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
