This 13-month accelerated development programme offers an exciting opportunity to build a strong career foundation in Data, AI or Software Engineering within one of Africa’s largest non-banking financial services companies.

The Sanlam Data, AI and Engineering Academy is designed to develop the technical, analytical, and business skills required to succeed in a technology-driven environment. 1. Data and AI

• Work on cloud-native architecture, integration and DevOps
• Solve problems using modern engineering practices and AI tools

Eligibility Criteria

• Final year students or graduates who will hold a qualification by end of 2025
• Less than 12 months of post-university professional experience (internships excluded)
• Qualifications: BCom, BSc, BTech or BEng in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Actuarial Science or Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical)

• Ability to handle tasks and deadlines from various stakeholders
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback

Helpful Knowledge (Not Mandatory)
