Key Responsibilities: Eskom seeks a skilled Technician for Electrical Maintenance at Arnot Power Station. The successful candidate will ensure the maintenance and optimization of allocated electrical systems, contributing to the overall reliability and availability of the plant. This includes verifying procurement of correct components, assisting with plant modifications, and advising on staff development. The role also involves supervising projects and contractors, complying with the permit-to-work system, and performing administrative duties.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- National Diploma or National N Diploma in a technical field.
- Experience:
- P1 & P2 Experiential training in electrical maintenance.

- Ensure optimization of allocated electrical systems for maximum efficiency.
- Verify the procurement of correct components, spares, and services.
- Assist with modifications to improve plant reliability.

- Supervise projects and contract activities.
- Comply with the permit-to-work system and perform administrative tasks.
