About This Opportunity

We’re seeking motivated learner technicians to join our teams in Cape Town, George, Vredenburg, Vredendal, and Worcester. This internship programme offers hands-on experience working with cutting-edge electrical and civil engineering infrastructure while earning a competitive stipend. You’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and developing South Africa’s critical power infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

As a Learner Technician, you’ll gain invaluable practical experience across multiple technical disciplines:

• Maintain and service equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Diagnose and repair faults using systematic troubleshooting techniques
• Install and commission new equipment according to industry best practices
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environment, quality, and security (SHEQS) requirements
• Work alongside experienced professionals who will mentor and develop your technical expertise

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

• National Diploma in Electrical Engineering, OR
• National Diploma in Civil Engineering, OR
• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
