About the Program

This structured development program offers cross-functional rotations every 3-6 months, giving you unparalleled exposure to different aspects of our business. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop expertise that will set you up for long-term success.

What You’ll Do

As a Graduate Trainee, you’ll be immersed in diverse responsibilities that evolve with each rotation:

Core Responsibilities:

• Participate in strategic cross-functional rotations across key business areas
• Support both operational and strategic initiatives within each department
• Conduct data analysis and drive process improvements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges
• Engage in tailored training sessions and professional development workshops
• Present insights and recommendations directly to senior management

Specialized Experience Across Three Key Functions:

Production & Operations: Get hands-on with manufacturing excellence by assisting in production planning, monitoring performance KPIs, and supporting lean manufacturing initiatives that drive operational efficiency.

Marketing: Shape brand strategies by supporting product launches, conducting consumer insights research, and developing trade marketing strategies that connect with customers.

Finance & Accounting: Build financial acumen through budgeting, cost analysis, financial reporting, and participation in audits while supporting critical pricing and profitability decisions.
