The Opportunity

As a Junior Test Automator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality business and technology solutions within our Annuities domain. Working under the guidance of senior QA professionals, you’ll contribute to building robust test automation frameworks while ensuring accuracy and stability across our software delivery lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will span the entire testing lifecycle:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios
• Execute manual test cases while developing and maintaining automated regression test scripts
• Support continuous integration and continuous testing efforts by executing automated test suites
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement
• Work closely with developers and business analysts to maintain consistent quality standards
• Contribute to improving test coverage, reliability, and speed through automation initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in software testing with automation focus
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Katalon
• Fundamental SQL knowledge for data validation
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• ISTQB/ISEB Foundation certification (advantageous)
• Exposure to REST API testing using Postman or SOAP UI
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools
• Experience in financial services or investment industry is a plus
