What You’ll Be Doing

Technical Excellence & Data-Driven Decision Making

You’ll be at the forefront of our technical operations, collecting and analyzing operational data that directly influences critical business decisions. Working closely with manufacturing equipment and processes, you’ll assist with troubleshooting complex technical challenges while developing comprehensive engineering documentation and reports. Using cutting-edge digital tools, you’ll track and report key manufacturing metrics that drive our performance standards.

Equipment Optimization & Maintenance Leadership

Supporting our maintenance teams, you’ll gain hands-on experience in equipment monitoring and troubleshooting while participating in vital root cause analysis initiatives. You’ll contribute to statutory machinery inspections and help develop preventative maintenance strategies that ensure optimal equipment performance. Under expert guidance, you’ll learn to design and improve machinery systems, gaining invaluable physical installation knowledge and skills.

Safety & Compliance Focus

Safety is paramount in our operations. You’ll participate in comprehensive risk assessments and surveying activities while attending monthly safety meetings to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Professional Growth & Team Collaboration

Working with cross-functional teams across production, maintenance, and engineering departments, you’ll prepare impactful reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior management. You’ll manage diverse engineering and production projects while demonstrating continuous learning through training sessions, workshops, and team briefings.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

  • BSc/BEng in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • BTech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals in manufacturing environments
  • Ability to adapt general engineering concepts to specific operational conditions
  • Knowledge of wood materials, processing, chemicals, and product properties
  • Basic familiarity with production equipment, process flows, and plant operations
