Your Role as IT Intern

As our IT Intern, you’ll be an integral part of our End User Computing Team, providing essential technical support to our local organization. This role combines technical problem-solving with customer service excellence, offering you comprehensive exposure to enterprise IT operations in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users across the organization
• Monitor and resolve IT incidents while maintaining strict Service Level Agreements
• Collaborate with senior IT teams to deliver “smart hands” support for critical backend systems
• Support high-profile events including conferences, training sessions, and corporate meetings using advanced audio-visual equipment
• Manage IT asset inventory and maintain accurate database records
• Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for team members
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting across various platforms
• Distribute and maintain IT hardware throughout the organization

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Technical Engineering
• Demonstrated foundational knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service orientation with professional interpersonal skills
• Quick learner with adaptability to diverse technical environments
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
