The EIT Programme
Our structured Engineer-in-Training Programme is designed to nurture and develop engineering graduates through hands-on experience, mentorship, and rotational assignments across different project sites and departments. Who Should Apply?
To be eligible, applicants must have successfully completed or be in the final stages of completing one of the following qualifications:
- B.Eng. or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
- B.Eng. or B.Sc. in Structural Engineering
- B.Eng. or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
- B.Eng. or B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering
A strong academic record is essential, and all results will be reviewed during the shortlisting process. Additionally, a valid driver’s licence is advantageous as site visits are a key part of the programme.
