Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver efficient and professional library services to the public.
• Supervise daily library operations and staff.
• Manage library collections and control financial operations.
• Facilitate effective communication within the library environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A 4-year tertiary qualification in Library and Information Science (NQF Level 7).
• 1–3 years’ experience in a public library setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, internet applications, and library systems.

Competencies:

• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Integrity, professionalism, and customer-focused service orientation.
