Programme Structure:
Year 1 – CAT 1 (Technical Foundation)
Immerse yourself in business and operations fundamentals while developing essential soft skills. You’ll gain comprehensive technical exposure across our manufacturing operations, understanding how world-class automotive components come to life.
Year 2 – CAT 2 (Applied Engineering)
Specialise in your chosen pathway: Continuous Improvement, Production Engineering, Quality, or Maintenance. Through project-based learning and real-world application, you’ll lead initiatives that drive tangible business impact.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
- NQF Level 6 qualification in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Proficiency in MS Office applications

- Academic average of 70% or above
