AVAILABLE POSITIONS

1. Quality Assurer (Intern)

Are you passionate about standards, compliance, and continuous improvement?

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Intern to assist in reviewing policies, procedures, and operational activities to ensure alignment with organisational standards, donor requirements, and relevant regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications Required:
A Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field. Candidates should have 0–1 years’ experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a monitoring role, along with strong knowledge of QA frameworks and standards. You must possess excellent report-writing and communication skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Added Advantage: Experience in an NPO/NGO or education/training environment, familiarity with compliance audits and external reviews, and a valid driver’s licence.

Key Responsibilities: You will monitor and evaluate programme and service quality against set standards, conduct quality assurance audits, assessments, and site visits, ensure compliance with regulatory, donor, and organisational requirements, review policies and implementation processes, identify quality gaps, recommend corrective actions, prepare QA reports and improvement plans, and contribute to risk management initiatives.

2. Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (Intern)

We are seeking a detail-oriented M&E Officer Intern to support programme planning, monitoring, and reporting, playing a key role in ensuring data-driven impact and organisational learning.

Qualifications Required:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field. Candidates should have 0–1 years’ experience in an M&E role, preferably within an NPO/NGO environment. Strong knowledge of M&E frameworks, indicators, and data collection methodologies is essential, along with proven experience in data analysis, reporting, proficiency in MS Excel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Added Advantage: A postgraduate qualification in M&E, experience with donor-funded projects, knowledge of data collection software, and a valid driver’s licence.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement M&E frameworks and tools aligned with organisational goals, collect and interpret quantitative and qualitative programme data, ensure accurate data entry and management, prepare M&E reports for donors and stakeholders, conduct routine monitoring visits and evaluations, build staff capacity on M&E concepts, and contribute to learning and impact assessment.

3. Training & Human Resources Officer (Intern)

Are you a people person with a passion for learning and development?

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR and Training Intern to assist with day-to-day HR activities including recruitment support, employee records management, training coordination, and general HR administration.

Qualifications Required:
A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Training & Development, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. Candidates should have 0–1 years’ experience in an HR and/or Training role, knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices, experience in training coordination, strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Added Advantage: Experience in an NPO/NGO environment, knowledge of the Skills Development Act and SETA processes, and a valid driver’s licence.

Key Responsibilities: In Training & Development, you will identify training needs, coordinate and implement staff training programmes, maintain training records and reports, and monitor the effectiveness of training interventions. In Human Resources, you will assist with recruitment, selection and onboarding, maintain employee records and HR databases, support performance management processes, assist with employee relations and disciplinary procedures, ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies, and prepare HR reports.

4. Admin (Intern)

Are you organised, efficient, and ready to be the backbone of our operations?

We are seeking a reliable and well-organised Administrative Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our office, playing a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes and providing support to management and staff.

Qualifications Required:
A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Candidates must have proven experience in an administrative or office support role, strong organisational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a high level of attention to detail and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities: Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management, answer phone calls and handle correspondence professionally, schedule meetings and maintain calendars, prepare reports, letters, and internal documents, maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors, support management and other departments, and ensure confidentiality of company information.

5. Grant Accountant Officer (Intern)

Are you numbers-driven with an eye for compliance and financial accuracy?

We are looking for a detail-oriented Grant Accountant Intern to assist with maintaining accurate financial records for donor-funded programmes, tracking expenditure against approved budgets, and supporting the preparation of financial reports in line with funder and organisational requirements.

Qualifications Required:
A Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Candidates should have 0–1 years’ experience in grant or project accounting, proven experience managing donor-funded grants, strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting, experience with accounting systems and MS Excel, understanding of donor compliance and reporting requirements, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Added Advantage: Experience in an NPO/NGO environment, experience with audits and donor financial reviews, professional accounting registration or progress toward certification, and a valid driver’s licence.

Key Responsibilities: Manage financial aspects of donor-funded grants, prepare and monitor grant budgets and expenditure, ensure compliance with donor agreements and financial regulations, track grant spending and flag variances, prepare accurate donor financial reports, maintain grant financial records and supporting documentation, support grant-related audits, liaise with programme staff on financial matters, assist with financial forecasting and cash flow for grants, and ensure compliance with organisational financial policies and procedures.
