The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support its Document Services Department. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with administrative policies, managing records, and maintaining efficient office coordination.

The Administrative Assistant will contribute to this mission by ensuring seamless document management and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Compliance & Administration – Ensuring adherence to RAF policies and internal standards.

• Office Coordination – Managing document requests, maintaining stationery, and verifying records.

• Document & Records Management – Scanning, digitizing, and securely storing essential files.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Education: Matric / Grade 12 certificate (Additional certifications in Information Management are advantageous).

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in archival or document management.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.

• Commitment to ethical values and client service.
