The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSiRA) invites ambitious young South Africans to participate in the Youth Empowerment Service (YES) Programme 2026/2027. About the Programme

The YES Programme offers 12 months of structured work experience in a professional environment. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to real-world challenges while earning a competitive monthly stipend based on your qualification level:

• NQF Level 6: R5,000 per month
• NQF Level 7: R6,000 per month
• NQF Level 8: R7,000 per month

Available Positions

We have exciting opportunities across multiple provinces and specialized departments including Registration, Human Resource Management, Legal Administration, Law Enforcement, Finance, Supply Chain Management, IT, Communications, Training, Occupational Health and Safety, and many more.

Positions are available in Centurion, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Mthatha, Bellville, Nelspruit, Bloemfontein, and Durban.

Who Should Apply?

We’re looking for dynamic, motivated individuals aged 18 to 35 years who hold a National Diploma or Degree from an accredited South African institution. Required qualifications vary by position and include fields such as Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Law (LLB), Information Technology, Accounting, Safety Management, Media Studies, and Security Management.

Key Competencies

Ideal candidates demonstrate computer literacy, excellent communication skills, innovation, teamwork abilities, professionalism, and strong organizational skills. We value ethical conduct, integrity, and a commitment to service excellence.
