Ann Swann Personnel Services is looking for a Junior BI Developer Trainee to join a dynamic IT team based in Boksburg. As a Junior BI Developer Trainee, you will be working alongside experienced team members, shadowing and learning the ropes of BI development, and assisting with the creation of reports, dashboards, and BI solutions. You will have the chance to contribute to data analysis and interpretation, gaining hands-on experience in the IT field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shadow and learn from experienced IT team members
- Assist in developing and maintaining BI solutions
- Help create reports and dashboards using BI tools
- Contribute to data analysis and interpretation
- Participate in team projects and collaborate with colleagues
- Take initiative in learning new technologies and methodologies
Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, but any relevant experience would be beneficial
- Strong interest in data analysis and Business Intelligence
- Familiarity with Microsoft products is a plus
- Eagerness to learn SQL, Reporting Server, Integration Server, Power BI, Python, C#, and Azure
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Open to continuous learning and professional development
