What You’ll Do

Your role will be diverse and challenging, offering opportunities to grow both technically and professionally:

  • Design & Development: Assist in creating sophisticated control and monitoring systems for renewable energy projects, from initial concept through to final commissioning
  • System Integration: Support the integration and rigorous testing of PLC-based control systems, ensuring seamless operation across complex energy infrastructure
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with project engineers to translate system requirements into practical, efficient control solutions
  • Innovation & R&D: Participate in technical research and software development for internal innovation projects, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in energy management
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare clear, comprehensive engineering documentation that supports project delivery and knowledge transfer
  • Project Ownership: Take charge of smaller projects, building your confidence and demonstrating your growing capabilities

Who You Are

We’re looking for recent graduates or early-career professionals with:

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or B.Sc. Engineering in a relevant discipline
  • 0–1 years of professional experience (graduates welcome; any experience in control or automation is advantageous)

Technical Skills You’ll Bring

  • Practical experience designing and implementing P and PI controllers (professional or academic projects)
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++/C#
  • Foundational understanding of PLCs and PLC programming concepts
  • Knowledge of three-phase power systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong technical documentation and communication skills

Bonus Skills That Will Set You Apart

  • Experience with Siemens S7 PLCs and TIA Portal environment
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of Solar PV systems and energy management principles
  • Understanding of IoT applications and system integration
