As a Junior Customer Service Engineer Software Trainee, you’ll embark on a comprehensive development program designed to build your technical expertise while making a real impact on healthcare delivery. Technical Excellence:

• Master installation, commissioning, and maintenance of sophisticated medical equipment and systems
• Provide expert remote and on-site customer support, delivering 2nd and 3rd level technical assistance
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for internal tools, processes, and data management systems

Professional Development:

• Participate in comprehensive training programs including computer courses, on-the-job training, and specialized skill development sessions
• Support project planning, estimation, and technical review processes
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and contribute to service delivery optimization

• Ensure optimal performance and efficiency across all service activities
• Support customers primarily in the Cape Town and Port Elizabeth regions, with opportunities for broader regional engagement

What We’re Looking For

Educational Background:

• Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Clinical Engineering
• Strong analytical thinking capabilities and problem-solving skills

Personal Qualities:

• High-performing individual with exceptional verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required
• Valid driver’s license (own vehicle advantageous)
• South African citizenship required
