As a Junior Customer Service Engineer Software Trainee, you’ll embark on a comprehensive development program designed to build your technical expertise while making a real impact on healthcare delivery. What You’ll Do
Technical Excellence:
- Master installation, commissioning, and maintenance of sophisticated medical equipment and systems
- Provide expert remote and on-site customer support, delivering 2nd and 3rd level technical assistance
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for internal tools, processes, and data management systems
Professional Development:
- Participate in comprehensive training programs including computer courses, on-the-job training, and specialized skill development sessions
- Support project planning, estimation, and technical review processes
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and contribute to service delivery optimization
Customer Impact:
- Ensure optimal performance and efficiency across all service activities
- Support customers primarily in the Cape Town and Port Elizabeth regions, with opportunities for broader regional engagement

What We’re Looking For
Educational Background:
- Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Clinical Engineering
- Strong analytical thinking capabilities and problem-solving skills
Personal Qualities:
- High-performing individual with exceptional verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required
- Valid driver’s license (own vehicle advantageous)
- South African citizenship required
