The Junior Industrial Engineer will play a pivotal role in analysing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, production throughput, and overall operational performance. Responsibilities include developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices, conducting detailed time, cost, and risk analyses to minimise waste, and optimising ERP systems such as SysPro and MOM to ensure accurate and efficient operations. The position requires maintaining precise Bills of Materials (BOMs), run times, and production schedules, as well as creating and maintaining SQL-based reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving system issues that impact production and inventory accuracy.
