The Opportunity

We’re looking for a technically minded Junior Industrial Engineer to join our Project Management Office. This is a unique cross-functional role that goes beyond traditional industrial engineering – you’ll work at the intersection of operations, technology, data analytics, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

As part of our PMO, you’ll support technology deployments and operational improvement initiatives while developing expertise across several key areas:

Process & Project Support: Analyse business processes, document operational requirements, and support the coordination of technology rollouts. You’ll translate operational needs into structured technical documentation and contribute to process optimization initiatives.

Data & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI, analyse operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, and support the development of KPIs and reporting standards that drive decision-making.

Systems & Tools: Configure and maintain internal systems including Zoho (CRM, Projects, Desk, Analytics), assist with integrations and workflow automation, and provide user support and training.

Technical Documentation: Create user guides, process descriptions, training materials, and product documentation that bridge the gap between complex technical systems and practical operational use.

Operations Support: Work closely with engineering, software, and operations teams on technology adoption, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. You’ll gain exposure to live mining environments and real-world operational challenges.

Marketing Support: Assist in creating technical marketing content, translating complex concepts into clear presentations, case studies, and product overviews for internal and external audiences.

What We’re Looking For

• BEng or BSc in Industrial Engineering
• Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities
• Interest in technology, data, and operational systems
• Working knowledge or keen interest in data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI), business process optimization, and enterprise systems
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills
• Adaptable mindset and curiosity to work across multiple disciplines
