As a Junior IT Professional, you will be an integral part of this vision, supporting internal users and participating in meaningful technical and operational projects.
Key Responsibilities
Under supervision, the successful candidate will engage in a variety of support and learning activities to develop key technical and soft skills. Daily tasks include reviewing system diagnostics, assessing IT system functionality, implementing and monitoring security protocols, and ensuring compliance with company-wide IT policies. You will also assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, configure software and hardware, and install or uninstall company-approved applications.
You will be responsible for basic infrastructure and end-user support within the country, ticket management, and liaising with relevant departments for break-fix incidents. A strong focus will be placed on maintaining privacy, security, and operational efficiency across systems.
Development and Training Focus Areas The program includes structured learning and hands-on exposure across multiple IT disciplines. Key areas of personal and professional development include:
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational and reporting skills using Microsoft Office and internal platforms
- Business operations and support tools
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving approaches
- Familiarity with internal tools and business processes
Minimum Requirements To qualify, applicants must hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. Candidates should demonstrate a foundational understanding of IT service management and have a working knowledge of support systems, particularly on digital platforms.
