We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Midrand. The Role

As a Junior Sales Engineer, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with clients across industrial, laboratory, and healthcare environments. You will work closely with our technical and sales teams to understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

You will gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of technical systems and solutions, including HEPA and ULPA filtration systems, dust extraction and suppression systems, industrial ventilation and air filtration, bag filters, cartridge filters and scrubbers, cleanroom and laboratory air quality systems, and compliance with the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities within your designated territory, conduct site visits and technical assessments at client facilities, prepare and present technical proposals and quotations, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, and stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and product developments.

What We Are Looking For

We welcome applications from motivated graduates and early-career professionals who meet the following criteria. You should hold a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, specifically in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental, or Industrial Engineering. We are looking for candidates with zero to two years of experience — graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Beyond qualifications, we are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a natural sales mindset, a valid South African driver’s licence and a willingness to travel, comfort working across industrial, laboratory, and healthcare environments, and a self-starter attitude with excellent time management and organisational skills.
