Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware and software systems, including servers and operating systems.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software issues for end-users.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining security measures to safeguard systems.
- Manage and support G Suite products.
- Participate in system upgrades, installations, and migrations.
- Document technical processes and create procedures.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve issues and optimize systems.
- Manage user accounts and access controls effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows or Linux server administration.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and keep pace with the latest technologies.
- Certifications like Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus.
