Location: Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa
Salary: ZAR 15,000 – 20,000 Monthly
Closing Date: 14 March 2025
Job Type: Contract (12-month program)

About the Role

Are you a passionate IT professional looking to build a career in Enterprise Observability & Monitoring? We’re looking for Junior IT Engineers who want to become skilled Dynatrace Consultants.

You don’t need prior Dynatrace experience, but a strong foundation in Linux, networking, security, and containerization is required.

Program Structure

This is a 12-month program, structured in 3-month phases:

  • Training and certifications provided
  • Progress evaluated every 3 months
  • Successful candidates will either receive a permanent role or market placement assistance

Start Date: 1 April 2025

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology
  • Basic IT knowledge (Networking, Servers, OS, Databases)
  • Experience with Linux and Windows environments
  • Knowledge of Network and Security (TCP/IP, Firewalls)
  • Understanding of Containerization concepts
  • Basic familiarity with web protocols and applications (HTTP, HTTPS, Apache, IIS)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Monitoring Tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, Nagios)
  • 1-2 years of IT field experience
