Your Responsibilities

As a Learner Intern, you will:

  • Execute duties according to your structured training programme, gaining exposure to various aspects of construction and project management
  • Participate in engineering design processes and contribute to project planning activities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Power Lines department
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols, complying with Section 14 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993
  • Demonstrate your commitment to safety excellence in all activities
  • Apply theoretical knowledge gained through your studies to practical, real-world scenarios

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for motivated graduates who possess:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • BSc or B-Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership potential
