What You’ll Do

As our Access Management Administrator Intern, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding our digital assets by:

System Operations:

• Processing and updating user access requests across multiple transactional systems
• Conducting routine access reviews to ensure compliance with company security policies
• Maintaining accurate documentation of all access changes and modifications
• Assisting with audit preparations and compliance reporting

Client Excellence:

• Resolving access-related queries within established service level agreements
• Providing timely updates to internal stakeholders on request statuses
• Escalating complex technical issues appropriately while maintaining clear communication

Professional Development:

• Building collaborative relationships with IT, HR, Compliance, and business teams

What We’re Looking For

Educational Background:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
