Your Role
As a Junior IT Professional, you will be immersed in a learning-rich environment with structured guidance and hands-on exposure to real-world IT operations. You will support and maintain IT systems and provide critical technical support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities (under supervision):

• Review diagnostics and assess system functionality and efficiency
• Assist in implementing and monitoring IT security measures
• Provide end-user and infrastructure support in-country
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of users
• Install and uninstall computer and mobile clients
• Support service management and handle support tickets
• Ensure security and privacy of company networks and systems
• Engage in system lifecycle support and upgrades

Development Areas
You will receive training and exposure in:

• IT support within engineering environments
• Management decision-making processes
• Troubleshooting IT issues and supporting internal systems
• Using Microsoft Office tools and internal reporting systems
• Enhancing interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Organizational and time management techniques

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Engineering
• Basic understanding of IT Service Management and support on digital platforms
