What You’ll Do
Your journey will involve implementing IBM Maximo solutions under expert guidance, where you’ll develop essential consulting skills while working on real client projects. You’ll configure and customize software solutions, prepare and load critical data, and develop comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards that drive business decisions.
Documentation is key to successful implementations, and you’ll craft detailed test plans, application guides, and design documentation that ensure project success. Beyond implementation, you’ll provide ongoing technical support, building lasting client relationships and ensuring systems deliver sustained value after deployment.
What We’re Looking For
We seek talented graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Information Technology who are ready to apply their academic knowledge in a professional setting. While 0-2 years of experience is preferred, we value potential and attitude above all else.
Your technical toolkit should include knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL. You possess a strong technical aptitude combined with excellent problem-solving abilities that enable you to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, systems, and general database applications is essential.
Communication excellence sets great consultants apart. You should demonstrate high standards in written communication, verbal presentation, and numerical reasoning skills. The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences is crucial to your success in this role.
