Your Role as a Training Associate
As a WIL participant, you’ll be immersed in our dynamic manufacturing environment where excellence, delivery, and ownership aren’t just values – they’re daily practices. You’ll focus on what truly matters, taking decisive action while fostering collaboration and seeking understanding across all levels of our organization.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Following and completing an approved university-logbook training program
- Adhering to prescribed FMCSA training schedules to ensure competence and qualification
- Adapting to rotating shift patterns to meet comprehensive training requirements
- Demonstrating attention to detail under expert supervision
- Applying excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Maintaining an organized, goal-oriented approach to all tasks
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
- Full academic record with all S1-S5 modules successfully completed
- Electrical Engineering P3/WIL XS or Mechanical Engineering P3/WIL XS qualification
- Pass rate of 50% or higher for all S1-S5 modules in your discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
