Mbali Industrial Solutions (Pty) Ltd — “Sustainable Engineering. Empowered Communities.” — is on the hunt for exceptional graduate engineers and built-environment professionals ready to make their mark on world-class EPC and infrastructure projects across South Africa and beyond.

We are currently recruiting across six disciplines for our Graduate Programme (0–1 Year Experience):

• Graduate Mechanical Engineer x3 — Water, power generation, mining & industrial sectors
• Graduate Civil Engineer x2 — Civil, structural & bulk infrastructure works
• Graduate Electrical Engineer – Heavy Current x1 — Power generation, substations & industrial electrical
• Graduate Electrical Engineer – Light Current x1 — Control systems, instrumentation & automation
• Graduate Quantity Surveyor x1 — Cost management & commercial administration
• Graduate Construction Manager x1 — Site execution, planning & project delivery

What You’ll Be Doing

From day one, you’ll be embedded in live, large-scale EPC project environments — assisting with design reviews, technical documentation, site supervision, quality control, contractor coordination, and progress reporting. This is hands-on, real-world experience that will fast-track your development as a professional engineer.

What We’re Looking For

Across all roles, we seek graduates who are driven, disciplined, and academically strong. You will need:

• A relevant BEng, BSc, or equivalent degree in your field
• A minimum academic average of 65%
• 0–1 year of post-graduate experience
• A hunger to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful infrastructure projects
