As a Learner Plant Operator, you will embark on a structured learning journey that combines institutionalized classroom training with practical on-the-job experience. Essential Skills and Attributes

We’re looking for individuals who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in team environments. Successful candidates will demonstrate politeness, promptness, and energy, with a self-starter attitude and assertive approach to learning and problem-solving. Negotiation and liaising skills will be beneficial as you interact with various stakeholders throughout your training.

Minimum Requirements

Academic Qualifications (any one of the following):

• Grade 12 with Mathematics (50%), Physical Science (50%), and English (40%)
• N3 Certificate with Mathematics (50%), Science (50%), and English (40%)
• NCV Level 4 with Mathematics (50%), Science (50%), and English (40%)
• National N4/N5 Certificate with Trade Subjects
• National N6 Certificate with Trade Subjects
• National Diploma/B.Tech/B.Eng/BSc Eng
