The Opportunity
Sasol’s Secunda Operations is offering an exciting 36-month Learnership Programme for motivated individuals who are ready to gain hands-on, industry-recognised training in one of the following artisan fields:
- Mechanical Fitter
- Instrumentation
- Electrician
- Chemical Plant Operator
This learnership combines structured institutional learning with real on-the-job experience, giving you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in a world-class industrial environment.
What You’ll Do
As a learner artisan, you will participate fully in the Sasol Learnership Programme, engaging in workplace readiness activities, completing assessments, and building practical competencies under the guidance of experienced professionals. You’ll be immersed in a dynamic, safety-first environment where your growth is a priority.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, you must have a completed National Senior Certificate (NSC) or equivalent, with a pass in the following subjects:
- Technical Mathematics or Mathematics
- English or Business English
- Technical Science or Physical Science
