About the Programme
Our comprehensive 12-month Graduate Development Programme provides hands-on work exposure and on-the-job training within our Maintenance Department. Throughout the year, you’ll receive dedicated mentorship and coaching from our experienced Department Manager, ensuring you develop the technical expertise and professional skills needed to excel in the industry.

What We’re Looking For
We seek passionate individuals who meet the following requirements:
Educational Background: A completed degree or diploma-level qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is essential.
Technical Competency: You must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel, and demonstrate the ability to use workshop tools and electrical testers.
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills and the capacity to identify solutions under pressure are crucial to success in this role.
Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization is essential.
Experience: While 1-2 years of work experience in your field of study is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Graduate in Training, you will provide technical and administrative support to our Maintenance Department, focusing on both planned and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment. You’ll gain exposure to real-world challenges while working in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements
This role requires physical capability and adaptability. You may frequently walk, stand, and use your hands for various tasks. Occasional lifting of up to 15kg is required, along with the ability to work at heights, on ladders, uneven terrain, and in confined spaces. You’ll also receive training in operating forklifts and boom lifts. The role may require extended working hours during critical periods.
The working environment includes exposure to chemicals, noise, dust, temperature variations, and confined areas – all standard in a manufacturing setting.
