Minimum Requirements – Are You the One?
We are looking for bright, driven graduates who meet the following criteria:

• Final year student or recent graduate in B. Engineering / B.Sc. Engineering / BTech Engineering (Mechanical).
• Strong academic performance, especially in 2nd and 3rd year.
• South African citizen or permanent resident.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• A valid South African driver’s license is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate and work across various provinces/sites.
• High levels of initiative, resilience, and a genuine desire to lead and grow.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Management Trainee, you’ll be immersed in our operations from day one. You’ll gain exposure to key business areas, take ownership of impactful projects, and grow through real-world challenges.
