The Opportunity

Are you ready to launch your career in Industrial Engineering with real impact? We’re seeking a passionate graduate to join our Manufacturing Excellence (ManEx) team at our Anderbolt Factory. This isn’t just an internship—it’s a comprehensive learnership that will equip you with world-class manufacturing expertise.

As our ManEx Intern, you’ll play a critical role in transforming our factory toward World Class Manufacturing standards—achieving zero defects, zero waste, and zero losses. Working directly with production line teams, you’ll apply cutting-edge Focused Improvement and Quality methods to drive measurable performance gains across Safety, Quality, Cost, Customer Service, and Logistics.

What You’ll Do

  • Apply industrial engineering principles and problem-solving tools to eliminate operational losses and waste
  • Coach line teams in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics including OEE, PVA, and operational readiness
  • Validate process improvements and establish revised operational standards
  • Support the transition of traditional teams to semi-autonomous working models
  • Complete all learnership requirements including training, assessments, projects, and presentations

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Completed degree or National Diploma in Industrial Engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Commitment to safety, quality excellence, and ethical business practices
