- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Requirements:

- No prior participation in a similar Graduate Programme
- Clear criminal record and qualification verification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
- Strong computer skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and communicating Organizational Development (OD) practices
- Compile reports and support OD/HR projects
- Provide training to employees when necessary
