Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, maintain and improve mechanical systems and products.
• Interpret and translate technical drawings into real-world solutions.
• Provide mechanical support for renewable energy projects.
• Investigate equipment failures and implement effective solutions.
• Oversee installation and calibration of mechanical systems in the plant.
• Develop prototypes, project plans, diagrams, and models to enhance mechanical processes.
• Apply Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and environmental regulations.
• Support machinery/tool commissioning processes.
• Develop process documentation aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and feasibility studies for new developments.
• Collaborate across departments including Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, HR, Finance, and Training.

Minimum Requirements:

• A B.Eng, BSc, BTech, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Essential)
• Proficient in Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, Solid Edge, and engineering software
• Strong analytical skills with technical competency
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Experience with preventive maintenance and safety assessments
• A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends
