About the Programme
The successful candidate will join the Projects and Engineering department and report to the Project Engineer. This structured graduate programme will equip the candidate with practical workplace experience and professional development through mentorship, training, and project involvement.

Minimum Requirements

• South African Citizen with a valid SA ID
• Completed BEng/BSc or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• No prior work experience required

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training plan to gain exposure to all aspects of mechanical engineering within a terminal operations environment
• Assist project teams with design, implementation, and review of engineering projects
• Support maintenance and operational activities under the guidance of experienced engineers
• Apply engineering principles to troubleshoot and solve operational challenges
• Learn and follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
