The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Intern within the People & Transformation department, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle — from crafting and publishing job adverts to coordinating interviews, site visits, and pre-employment checks. You will play a key role in ensuring every candidate enjoys a seamless and memorable experience from first contact to onboarding.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment administration, providing timely updates to HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders, maintaining accurate talent acquisition data, and offering general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition leadership team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Matric / Grade 12 / NQF 4 Certificate
- HR-related Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen
- Currently unemployed
- Between the ages of 18 and 35
- No more than one year of work experience
- Not currently enrolled at any other institution
- No previous participation in a Short-Term Insurance Learnership through INSETA
